Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master including delivery experience for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. · Holds Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum Org. Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, how to get the most out of self-organization. · Removing impediments for the team. · Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. · Working with Product Owner, on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. · Preparing delivery plan in line with stakeholders. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership / Project Management. · The candidate should have good experience with Agile and project delivery experience.
