Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
