CVS Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Senior Manager to join our team as an Encounter Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of encounter data, playing a critical role in our revenue cycle. With your expertise in healthcare operations and data analysis, you will help drive financial success and compliance for our organization. Oversee the accuracy and integrity of encounter data for CVS Health, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Utilize expertise in healthcare operations and data analysis to identify and resolve any issues with encounter data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and compliance, to develop and implement processes to improve encounter data accuracy and efficiency. Lead and manage a team of encounter data analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as healthcare providers and payers, to ensure timely and accurate exchange of encounter data. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and guidelines related to encounter data, and ensure compliance within the organization. Analyze encounter data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and revenue enhancement opportunities. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on encounter data performance and address any concerns or issues. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to encounter data accuracy and integrity, and take action as needed to address any areas of improvement. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in encounter data management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into CVS Health's processes and procedures. Use strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
