Retail Associate
Description: As a Retail Associate at Ross Stores, you'll be an integral part of our team, gaining valuable experience in the dynamic off-price retail environment. - Assist customers on the sales floor, providing excellent service and a positive shopping experience.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing new merchandise shipments.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals by engaging with customers and highlighting product value.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
- Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Develop a basic understanding of product placement and inventory management within the store.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements:
