In this role, you'll create engaging content, including articles and blog posts, that speaks to both our HR administrator audience and the employees who use our platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your writing skills and build your portfolio while working on impactful projects across various topics and products focused on employee happiness, engagement, and retention, shopping trends, and more. You'll have the chance to create blogs, articles, ebooks, and more while learning from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a content calendar to meet deadlines and maintain a steady workflow.
- Write clear, engaging, and well-researched content, including blogs, articles, ebooks, and guides on key topics, including but not limited to:
- Consumer behavior and shopping trends
- Economic shifts and their impact on consumer needs and habits
- Voluntary benefits (Home, Auto, Renters, Pet insurance)
- Financial wellness benefits and resources
- Employee wellness programs and engagement initiatives
- Workplace culture and retention strategies
- Develop member-facing content explaining platform features and highlighting available discounts and perks, including savings strategies and how-to guides
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine content ideas
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
- Research industry trends and best practices to inform content creation
- Edit and proofread your work to ensure accuracy and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to conduct research and write on a variety of topics
- Experience with content creation for blogs or other published works (preferred but not required)
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
