Key Responsibilities ? Respond to customer inquiries regarding the functionality and features of our mobile app via chat and email. ? Assist users with troubleshooting app-related issues to ensure a smooth experience. ? Guide customers in utilizing app features effectively, enhancing their engagement with our products. ? Document customer feedback and interactions to contribute to the improvement of our app and support processes. ? Stay well-informed about app updates and features to assist customers accurately. ? Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and share insights for improvement. ? Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while dealing with customers' concerns. ? Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. ?
