Outreach Intern – MeetXO (Remote-US Candidate)

Are you a fast learner, creative problem-solver, and self-starter looking to gain real-world experience in growth, strategy, and execution? MeetXO is seeking ambitious Growth Interns in the U.S. to work closely with the founding team to drive expert onboarding, user engagement, and platform growth through high-impact strategies.

What You'll Do

• Growth & Expert Onboarding – Help scale MeetXO’s expert network by onboarding professionals, creators, and event hosts from the U.S.
• Market Research & Strategy – Analyze the U.S. creator and expert economy, explore new opportunities, and support growth experiments.
• Partnerships & Outreach – Reach out to niche influencers, event organizers, and professionals to bring them onto MeetXO.
• Content & Communication – Collaborate with the content team to develop outreach scripts, emails, and social messaging tailored for the U.S. market.
• Execution & Reporting – Track progress, analyze performance, and optimize onboarding and engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable with emails, calls, and DMs.
• Analytical Thinking – Understand trends, optimize outreach efforts, and report metrics clearly.
• Creative Outreach & Hustler Mentality – You're not afraid to try new approaches to get results.
• Independent & Accountable – Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
• Prior Experience (a plus, not mandatory) – Exposure to sales, creator outreach, growth, or community building.

What You’ll Earn

• $5 per successful expert profile onboarded (up to 10 profiles)
• 10% commission on transactions made on the platform through the experts you onboard
• Performance bonuses for exceeding goals
