Job Description: As a Remote Reservation Agent, you will assist passengers in booking and modifying their flight plans, ensuring an easy and enjoyable process. You will be the key of contact for customers looking to travel with Southwest Airlines, and your will help them navigate our booking system, understand pricing, and answer any questions they may have. Responsibilities: In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide customers with flight details, pricing information, and schedule options.
• Offer assistance with seat selections, special requests, and other travel-related inquiries.
• Ensure that each customer experience is efficient, professional, and pleasant.
• Stay up-to-date on Southwest Airlines products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information.
• Resolve booking issues and handle escalated situations with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements: Qualifications & Experience

• Must be based in the United States and able to work remotely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with using computer systems and booking platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
