Maintain in-depth knowledge of Disney products, services, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers. -

Demonstrate empathy and understanding to provide a comfortable communication experience for guests, especially during challenging situations. -

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures, as well as best practices for online communication and customer service. -

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality and share insights from customer interactions that could improve overall service. -

Feedback and Improvement:

Provide constructive feedback on chat processes and technology enhancements to elevate the efficiency of support offerings. -

Documentation:

Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for reference and reporting. ? *Requirements:** -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in customer service or communication is a plus. -
