Real Estate Acquisition Specialist - Closer

- Act as the face of BBH, engaging directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers on their properties on behalf of our company.
- Take ownership of the impact you have on sellers, aiming to create positive outcomes and meaningful improvements in their lives through each interaction.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals.
- Establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts.
- Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible.
- Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies.
- Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred.
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed.
- +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- 2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no real estate experience).
