Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Provide information about products and services, ensuring a clear understanding for the customer.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions in the database accurately and efficiently for follow-up.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
