Ophthalmology Business Development Consultant – Remote / Flexible

RekhaTech LLC is a fast-growing healthcare services firm specializing in remote front office support, medical billing, and revenue cycle management (RCM) for private practices across the U.S. We operate 100% remotely and bring high-quality virtual staffing to medical practices, helping reduce overhead while improving patient experience. As we expand into ophthalmology, we’re looking for experienced professionals with deep networks in this field to help introduce our services. Role Overview We're hiring part-time Business Development Consultants with a background in ophthalmic device sales or strong relationships with ophthalmology clinics. You’ll introduce our services to decision-makers (physicians, practice managers, etc.) and earn based on successful client sign-ups. This role is ideal for semi-retired reps, ex-medical device professionals, or anyone with strong ophthalmology industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to identify and connect us with ophthalmology clinics
• Make warm introductions to physicians, practice administrators, or office managers
• Educate them about our remote staffing solutions (training provided)
• Collaborate with our team to close the deal (we’ll handle demos and follow-up)
• Maintain basic tracking of referrals and outcomes

Compensation (Hybrid Model)

• $500 flat bonus for every client that signs a 3-month minimum agreement
• 5% of monthly billing for the first 6 months after client onboarding
• Performance bonuses at milestones (e.g., $1,000 bonus after 5 signed clients)
• Former ophthalmic device sales reps or ophthalmology practice consultants
• Strong network in private ophthalmology clinics in the U.S.
• Ability to pitch services in a credible, consultative manner
• No quota, no pressure—just introduce and let us do the rest
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
