Remote Airbnb Messenger

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Messenger to join our team. The messenger will be responsible for answering and responding to airbnb messages, emails, owner messages, communicating with both housekeeping and maintenance. This is a fully remote position, but you may occasionally have to deliver items to a guest or do a property visit. Must be located in New Orleans or Metairie. Duties

• 8am-10PM 2 days a week. Shifts can be Saturday and Sunday or Saturday and a weekday. Saturdays are required.
• Answer messages in a timely, polite manner
• Provide assistance and recommendations to tourists regarding questions they have about the city.
• Problem solve guest issues as they arise.
• Communicate with property owner requests or direct their phone calls to the correct department.
• Follow checklists and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding any issues encountered.

Qualifications

• One of the following is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet one of these requirements:
• 1) Has owned or managed an airbnb. 2) Has worked with Guesty software system 3) Has experience with STR/Airbnb management in some form.
