What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation and service inquiries
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Build relationships with new customers to understand and fulfill their needs
- Respond accurately and concisely to customer questions, requests, and problems
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
