Customer Service Manager
Location: Shelby - Store 119: 1523 S. Post Rd. Shelby NC 28150
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess interpersonal and communication skills which will allow them to provide exceptional customer service, while maintaining a high level of productivity, and complying with all safety and sanitation procedures; related experience is a plus; must be available seven days a week, including evenings, and weekends. A Day in the Life Sometimes, it's the last impression that matters the most. If you truly have a passion for serving customers and have strong communication skills, this position may be perfect for you. As the customers' last point of contact, our CSM's ensure they can make their purchases quickly and efficiently while handling any concerns or questions they may have. Experience Related experience is a plus. Never worked in this environment before? Here is an opportunity to start!
