Monitor and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and adjustments as needed. ? Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families. Qualifications: ? Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Masters degree preferred). ? Valid Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement. ? Proven experience in K-12 special education, with a strong understanding of various learning disabilities and instructional strategies. ? Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and technology. ?
