Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate to answer after-hours phone calls and schedule appointments between customers and on-call technicians in the West Berlin, NJ area. This Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate earns a competitive wage of $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience. DAY-TO-DAY This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available. In this service dispatcher position, you are prompt and professional as you handle the after-hours needs of our customers. In this role, you answer phone calls, respond to customer needs through email, and schedule appointments with customers. Additionally, you take great care to maintain an organized system, including documenting and recording the correct services and keeping track of account changes. As a vital component to our office staff, you eagerly step in and assist with other miscellaneous office duties as needed.
