Patient Care Scheduling Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemedicine Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will collaborate with providers to coordinate availability, update patient statuses, and address any issues that may arise. Building and maintaining positive relationships with both providers and clients is essential to your success in this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Schedule telemedicine appointments for patients using our Platform.
- Communicate appointment details to patients and providers through phone, email, or text.
- Confirm and update patient information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate rescheduling and cancellations as needed.
- Address patient inquiries related to telemedicine scheduling, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow company protocols for data entry.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage availability and optimize appointment slots.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to telemedicine access.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling or healthcare.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and telecommunication tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

- Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Pacific Time)/ 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mountain Time)/ 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Central Time)/ 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Job Type: Part-time - Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 - 40 hours Benefits:
