As a Live Chat Agent/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
