Description: We are preparing a Facility Needs Assessment for a School District and are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to help translate qualitative data into a structured Excel format used by our internal web application. ?? Scope of Work: Review a 96-page PDF report that includes detailed site assessments for all district campuses. Beginning on page 46, the report contains tables of identified facility needs followed by site-specific narratives. Enter the data from these tables into our provided Excel (.xls) template, ensuring correct formatting and interpretation of columns (note: column names differ slightly, but intent is clear). Supplement the Excel by scanning the rest of the report for additional needs or notes that may not be listed in the initial tables. ?? What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail ? accurate data entry is critical. Ability to interpret and structure unformatted or semi-structured data from documents into spreadsheet form. Familiarity with facility-related terms (helpful but not required). Ability to work independently, ask questions when unclear, and deliver clean, structured data. ??
