Senior Project Management Analyst

Job Summary: Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department Essential Functions

  • Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates. Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently.
  • Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline. Minimum Experience Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
