Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor??s degree preferred but not required). Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficient with basic computer applications and can quickly learn new tools.
