Data Analyst (Remote in Puerto Rico) - San Juan, PR

• Works with Business users, Domain Architects and Software Engineers to document requirements and technical specifications
• Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards)
• Create business intelligence solutions and models
• Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations
• Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis
• Other duties may apply

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

• 3+ years of total experience working with Power BI
• 3+ years of total experience in SQL
• Experience creating and maintaining data mapping documents using MS Excel
• Experience consuming high-level design documents and breaking them down into user stories to be consumed and implemented by the engineers
• Proficient communication in English
• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Healthcare industry
• Experience creating and maintaining process flow diagrams in Visio
• Experience creating and maintaining UI mockups using Balsamiq Mockups
