• *Role and Responsibilities:**

As a Tax Planner, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of multiple clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data using QuickBooks Online and advising on tax strategy with oversight of Tax Accounting team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: - Recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Reconciling bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy. - Generating financial reports and summaries for client review. - Collaborating with our tax professionals to ensure accurate financial data for tax preparation and attending tax strategy meetings with your clients. - Providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. - Adhering to accounting best practices and maintaining strict confidentiality.

• *Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. - Year-Round Client Engagement: Experience the satisfaction of building lasting client relationships and providing consistent support beyond the traditional tax season. - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounting principles. - Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data entry. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks concurrently. - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Prior experience in a tax firm or accounting firm is a plus and experience working on tax strategy with clients preferred.
