Personal Assistant for Airbnb Host
This is a Part-Time, benefit-eligible position that can grow to be a full-time position if desired. Pay based on experience and ambition. As a Personal Assistant to owners of local airbnbs and other rentals, you will be required to assist in the management of said properties. If you're looking learn about and to get into the airbnb market - this is your opportunity!! Training and guidance is always provided! Great opportunity for college students and anyone looking to learn about the Airbnb/real estate market! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid in turnover of Airbnb rentals. Supervise and coordinate with cleaners, replenish supplies as needed.
- Run errands (banks, groceries, laundry, pickups as needed) - gas compensated.
- Additional opportunities available to make over 75k/year.
- Potential for housing compensation as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CREDENTIALS AND LICENSES:
- High School Diploma at minimum preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
