Solar Enterprises is a solar sales brokerage that operates in almost all states (15 states) in the US and Puerto Rico. We offer 100% remote commission-based opportunities, paying out 70-80% of solar project profit revenue to our sales people. Our belief is that those generating sales should be compensated the best. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time remote role. This is a sales role where you will be talking to homeowners about scheduling a free solar consultation for their home and then they will meet with an experienced solar designer and if they buy a solar system for their home you will get a 50% commission payment for the project. Usually this is about $2000-$4000. Depending on the size of the solar system they buy. You will contact them over the phone from home, or you can also go door to door in neighborhoods near where you live to talk to them also its up to you. There is also other sources for leads we can go over how to reach prospective homeowners and other ways to do marketing to get leads. These free solar consultations are done over Zoom meetings. This is a 100% remote job. Its all done over Zoom these days believe it or not. People sell solar over Zoom a lot vs. meeting in person in peoples homes. They do both but a lot is done over Zoom now. You can also do recruiting and help recruit other people for this and you can also become a solar designer too and be the one who is meeting with the customers and designing and engineering the systems also that's something you can work towards doing fairly quickly as well if that's something your interested in doing also! For recruiting there is a payment incentive structure that's a bit complex. We can go over it. For being a solar designer instead of getting 50% of commissions you would get 100% sales commissions if you generate your own customer appointments. ($4000-$8000+ per sale) Essentially you make double the compensation as a solar designer / engineer. Lots of options here for you. Apply to learn more...
