Sales Representative (Remote) – Real Estate-Focused Social Media Marketing Company

We’re a fast-growing social media marketing company helping real estate agents dominate their local markets with content that actually gets seen. Our unique system guarantees views, followers, and leads — and we do all the heavy lifting for our clients. We’re looking for a self-motivated, persuasive, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help convert warm leads into long-term clients. Your Role: • Follow up with warm leads (we’ve got a database of 1,000+ agents who've expressed interest) • Re-engage old conversations, qualify new leads, and schedule strategy calls • Occasionally join sales calls or close deals yourself • Keep our CRM up to date and identify opportunities in the pipeline • Work directly with the founder (that’s me!) to refine the offer and process over time What You’re Working With: • 10+ new leads per month via our ad campaigns • A proven product that delivers real results (just ask our clients) • Existing database of real estate agents we haven’t fully tapped • A system that already works — we just need more volume and follow-up Compensation: • $1,000/month base pay • $400–$500 per closed deal (uncapped) • $200/month recurring commission per retained client • Our reps realistically earn $3K–$6K/month — with room to grow • Flexible hours, remote-friendly, and a close-knit team that’s easy to work with Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience in high-ticket or service-based sales • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with real estate, marketing agencies, or social media is a plus • Organized, proactive, and hungry to earn (but not pushy or transactional) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
