Program Manager, Risk & Contracts
As a Risk & Contracts Program Manager, you'll be responsible for managing selecting new suppliers in partnership with our vendor management team, working closely with Legal and External Workforce Solutions team on agreements, as well as managing a pipeline of renewals and new projects. Lead negotiation, papering, and execution of agreements with existing and new content moderation vendors for our global operation. Work seamlessly with legal, vendor managers, and stakeholders to draft and execute agreements, timely and in compliant. Manage multiple contract negotiations, new workflow launches, and renewals concurrently, prioritizing across the portfolio to proactively ensure renewals of expiring agreements. Partner with other Product Areas, to learn and adapt best practices. Interpret existing contracts and advise on key terms. YouTube is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
