Role Overview As a Live Chat Support Agent at JetBlue, your role is crucial in offering efficient, friendly, and helpful responses to customers via live chat. You will be addressing a wide range of inquiries including flight bookings, cancellations, baggage concerns, and general travel information. Whether it's guiding a first-time flyer or resolving a complex issue, you will provide clear and professional support that represents JetBlue's commitment to top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities
