Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures to clients. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction. • Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. • Assist in the training of new team members to promote consistent service delivery. • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and supporting a positive team environment.
