About the Role

I’m looking for a kind, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage a small, thoughtfully run Airbnb operation. The role includes guest communication, admin work, and weekly updates. --- ?? Responsibilities - Respond to guest inquiries/messages on Airbnb - Send check-in/check-out messages using templates - Monitor reviews and flag urgent issues - Create or update message templates when needed - Communicate with owner (me!) for weekly updates and follow-ups --- ? What We’re Looking For - Excellent English writing & communication skills - Friendly, professional, and warm tone in messages - Detail-oriented and organized - Experience with Airbnb or guest support is a plus (but not required) - Flexible availability — our guests don’t always follow a set schedule, so it’s important that you’re okay being gently available across the day (US EST). You don’t need to sit at your computer all day — just be responsive and proactive when messages come in. --- ??
