Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Kids
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams on creative solutions (e.g., machine learning, enforcement workflows) to improve content safety and quality across YouTube's kids experiences. Analyze, identify, prioritize content trends, and deliver strategies and inform on policies that reduce content that could be harmful to children. Implement content safety strategies critical to various Kids surfaces, working with cross-functional partners such as Policy, Legal, Engineering, Vendor Operations, and Analytics. Comfortable providing clear and timely updates to executives and senior stakeholders. Swiftly handle content escalations, providing data- and content-driven insights and implementing solutions. As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you'll implement and enforce our Kids Content Policies across millions of videos. You will ensure that we improve our understanding of trends and risks to content safety on the YouTube Kids app and related products. YouTube is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
