Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience. Qualifications Excellent written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
