Sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Sub-Contractor, you will perform the renovation, and work with the Project Manager to control and work within the budget effectively. Paul Davis will provide the job to you with all the work laid out in work orders and budgets in place ? We will have access to our material suppliers and our discounts, to limit your out of pocket expenses ? Paul Davis pays for completed work within 11 Days of pay request turned in. Team Qualifications (Requirements): ? General Liability Insurance ? Workman's Compensation Insurance ? W-9 ? Background checks are performed ? Sound planning and organizational skills ? Excellent communication and presentation skills Construction trades experience is required. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training. Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
