Don't worry, we have them covered, too!! What You'll Offer: ? Bachelor's Degree with Accounting or Business Concentration ? Master's Degree and/or CPA Preferred ? Over 5 years progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting ? Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office ? Preferred experience in: ? Grants and Contracts Administration ? Non-Profit &/or healthcare experience ? MIP Software ? Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation. What You'll Do: ? Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information ? Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries. ? Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements ? Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy and update controller of any discrepancies ? Grants management and grants accounting ? Reviews, adjusts as necessary, and performs monthly data upload from the billing system into the accounting system ? Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for duties assigned ?
