Retail Customer Service

We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable and organized, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.We value individuals who are friendly, patient and empathetic, with the ability to think on their feet and troubleshoot any customer service issues. A technical aptitude and a basic understanding of IKEA's products and services are desirable.
