As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing leadership and supervision to nursing staff on the forensic unit. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nurses, and promoting a positive work environment. About the Job This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular rounds, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities ? Provide direct supervision to nursing staff on the forensic unit ? Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients ? Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans ? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes ? Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Requirements ? Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in accordance with Florida Statute 464 ? Two years of Registered Nursing experience ? Strong clinical skills and effective leadership qualities ? Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills Benefits ?
