Geotechnical Assistant Staff Project Manager (Entry-Level)

? Primarily involved with assisting staff with field tasks supporting geotechnical projects ? Responsibilities include clearly documenting site observations for both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical field work performed ? Other duties may include assisting with or performing the following with limited supervision: ? Perform boring and test pit layouts ? Prepare drilling packages and obtain utility clearances ? Perform research on local geologic history ? Assist with supervision of field work performed by drilling/test pit crews and assist with rig access issues. ? Perform in-situ testing ? Classify soils ? Keep project staff informed of changing site conditions and/or additional testing requested on project sites ? Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required ? No experience required ? Professional license is not required in this position but is necessary to progress in career ? If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver?s license is required.
