Distinguished Engineer What you?ll achieve As the chief architect, you will be responsible for architecting our next-gen AI storage system to enable massive-scale AI factories. You will technically lead highly skilled scrum teams, steering best-in-class feature development with a focus on extreme performance and scalability. You will work with product management and leadership to define and execute the technical vision and product strategy. You will: ? Architect and design product components for extreme performance and massive scale. ? Innovate and differentiate the product w.r.t market competition. ? Inspect and drive R&D areas related to deployment, configuration, reliability, extreme performance & availability, while delivering high quality. ? Work on complex problems and provide innovative solutions. ? Technically lead scrum teams that span different geographic locations. Essential Requirements: ? Proven experience architecting filesystem, storage, and networking enterprise software. ? Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking and storage protocols, and object-oriented software development. ? In-depth operating system knowledge including memory management, concurrency & synchronization. ? Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Desirable Requirements: ? Storage workload modelling for sizing, optimization, and troubleshooting. ? Storage virtualization, Workload automation, Storage provisioning, Disaster Recovery and SAN Fabric management. ? Agile software development ? Experience leading global technical teams. ? Driving Intellectual property development, industry standards, publishing white papers and collaterals.
Compensation
