We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be working with customers in a bank setting while completing banking transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, managing loan payments and balancing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. key responsibilities ? Performs a variety of full-service customer service representative duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office of which the following are illustrative ? Places memo posts on accounts when necessary. ? Balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently according to branch policy and compares totaled amounts to Integrated teller total. ? Reports malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station. ? May be required to balance and/or service ATM machines ? Receives and processes mortgage, consumer loan and other payments. ? Generates customer receipts. qualifications ? High School Diploma or GED ? Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience. ? Ability to work all shifts including day shifts and Saturday's. Apply Job!
