We?re looking for Experienced Concrete Laborers to help build and shape the future?one project at a time. Key Responsibilities: ?? Demo and Prepare Worksites for new concrete pour or placement ?? Mix Concrete to the right consistency for jobs ?? Pour or Place Concrete for diverse projects ?? Install Rebar, Expansion Joints, and Carbon Fiber ?? Repair Concrete Structures to extend their lifespan ?? Apply Finishing Coats for that perfect final touch ?? Follow All Safety Protocols when handling tools and equipment ?? Clean Up the Worksite after projects are completed Job Requirements: ?? 5+ Years Experience in Concrete Labor, especially in commercial projects ?? Strong ability to perform physical tasks and work with your hands ?? Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials ?? Accurate Measurement Skills and ability to read blueprints & specs ?? Blueprint & Construction Plan Reading is a must! SCHEDULE: ?? Work 4-5 Days a Week with guaranteed 10-hour days POSITION TYPE: ?? FULL-TIME with long-term career growth potential!
