Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) team in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Responsibilities: • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities. • Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives. • Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizations. • Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints. • Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products. • Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. • Leads the team schedule development to support program integration. • Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement. • Provides coaching, mentoring and leadership to lower level employees. • Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Shift Work: This position is for 1st shift. Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • 3+ years of experience managing project schedules and managing programs and projects. • 3+ years of experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment and resource requirements • 3+ years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications • 3+ years of experience delivering priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willing and able to travel up to 15% both domestic and international Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor's degree or higher • 3+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, change management, program planning, project management, Industrial Engineering or Business Operations Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel: Position may require travel up to 15% of the time. Summary
