Job Summary • Please note that all candidates must live within 50 miles of Tempe, AZ." We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Data Entry Representative to join our team. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in supporting our operations by making outbound and receiving inbound calls to both patients and medical doctor’s offices. The primary responsibilities include accurately entering and verifying data, following up on requests, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from patients and medical providers to gather and verify necessary information. • Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and provider information in pharmacy management systems. • Ensure data integrity by reviewing and verifying entered information for accuracy and completeness. • Communicate professionally and effectively with patients and healthcare providers to address inquiries and provide necessary information. • Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines to handle sensitive patient data securely. • Multitask efficiently by managing multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and system updates. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely processing of information. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other compliance regulations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and pharmacy management software. • Typing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. • Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service is a plus but not required.
