Position Details: MedElite is seeking a skilled Telehealth Certified Medical Assistant with extensive experience in medical scribing to join our innovative telemedicine team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating virtual patient encounters, ensuring accurate documentation of medical visits, and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care remotely. Responsibilities: • Virtual Patient Support: • Coordinate telehealth calls • Medical Scribing: • Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during telehealth appointments. • Record medical histories, symptoms, treatment plans, and other pertinent information as directed by the healthcare provider. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation systems. • Clinical Support: • Facilitate communication between patients and providers, conveying information, instructions, and follow-up plans as directed. • Data Management: • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations in handling patient information. • Organize and manage medical records, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately and accessible for future reference. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe, with a minimum of 6 months in each role. • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with EMR systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation. • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. • Flexibility to adapt to changing telehealth workflows and technology requirements. • Willingness to undergo additional training or certification as needed. • Worked in Skilled Nursing home facilities.
