Develop and implement training strategies: The Senior Training Manager Delivery will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of trainers: This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering high-quality training programs. Deliver training programs: The Senior Training Manager Delivery will also be responsible for delivering training programs to employees at all levels, utilizing their bilingual skills to ensure effective communication. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness: It will be the responsibility of the Senior Training Manager Delivery to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
