Responsibilities • Stocks shelves and refills displays , • Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products , • Conditions shelves and products , • Learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail , • Keeps department clean and well-organized , • Ensures compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , • Meets federal, state, and company regulations for food safety and sanitation , • Works efficiently with a team to maintain productivity standards , • Takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks , • May coach or train other Stockers , • Assists customers in locating products and answering questions Requirements • Minimum age of 18 , • Experience in stocking and customer service preferred , • Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus , • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting , • Strong communication skills, including reading and writing , • Organization and time-management skills , • Customer service skills and a service mentality , • Ability to work as part of a team to meet nightly goals , • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks , • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Nice-to-haves • Forklift/power jack training (provided upon hire) , • Adaptable mindset , • High energy level and stamina , • Passion for fast-paced work , • Enjoyment of structure and consistency while remaining flexible Benefits • Opportunity to become an Owner in the company after eligibility , • Built-in workout as part of the job , • Learning opportunities across multiple departments Apply Job!
