What you’ll be doing: • Coordinate and manage transportation providers to facilitate the timely and efficient movement of shipments (Logistics Coordination, Transportation Management). • Review and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (Shipping Documentation, Regulatory Compliance). • Arrange specialized shipping requirements as needed to meet operational demands (Freight Coordination, Process Optimization). • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any discrepancies or errors (Shipment Monitoring, Problem Solving). • Prepare accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) shipments (LTL, FTL, BOL). • Execute effective routing and dispatch strategies for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) (Routing and Dispatch, DSD). • Maintain detailed records of logistics activities, ensuring transparency and accountability (Logistics Software, Coordination Skills). • Advanced English is a must • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong client relationships. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics-related communication software. • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization to support decision-making. • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, common logistical challenges, and industry best practices.
