Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, with a focus on the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers and air conditioning units. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems. • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems. • Perform equipment repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. • Communicate with clients regarding service needs and provide recommendations for system improvements. • Document all service calls and repairs performed for accurate record-keeping. Experience • Proven experience in HVAC field service is required. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and repair various HVAC components. • Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
