Forklift Operator

Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Summary This role is responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. Duties and Responsibilities • Operate industrial vehicles and equipment. • Transport raw materials, finished goods to designated area. • Load and unload trailers and/or route trucks. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. • Move product and/or materials manually as required. Qualifications • High School or GED preferred. • 0-3 years of general work experience required. • 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred. • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus. • Ability to operate manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. • Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.

Work Environment

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM in Abilene, TX

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
