Pursuant to Colorado regulation, the compensation for this position is within the $65,000 - $70,000 annually range. Position Summary Our Amwins Access Underwriter Development Program is designed to guide participants through an intensive 2.5-year professionaldevelopment program, where candidates will participate in technical and sales workshops, on the job training, mentoring, and attendance at industry events. The program is designed to accelerate candidates toward a career as a Production Underwriter at Amwins Access, where they will be responsible for building and maintaining a book of business through Sales and Underwriting. This position will be in person in our Greenwood Village (Denver), CO office with the occasional travel to our regional offices for additional training.
